What kind of licensing methods do you offer?
We have three licensing methods:
Do you offer subscription pricing?
Our software is (most often) sold as a perpetual license. But, we offer 6-month, 1-year subscription options as well.
Our subscriptions are unique: you can apply a % of the subscription cost towards the purchase of a full license.
Is annual support mandatory?
No, it is optional, but is required to access certain Version 11 Support-Exclusive Features:
Do you offer any discounts?
We have discounts for lower-income countries, small business, and for volume purchases. Please contact us directly to see if you qualify.
Can I move my license between computers?
Yes. Softree licenses to the business location (office) vs. the individual. To install a Softree app on another device, visit support.softree.com/downloads. You will need to follow instructions here for transferring the license.
Is technical support included with the software?
Yes, but the amount varies with the type of license purchased. All perpetual licenses include 3 months of technical support. The # of hours of technical support varies with different subscription lengths.
We have multiple office locations, can we share licenses?
Users at one office location are allowed to share the license between their computers. But, if you have more than one office location wanting access to the software, they will require the purchase of their own license. You can also contact us to discuss Enterprise-level solutions.
