Grading & Site Design of All Sorts

Site design made easy with intuitive grading functions, feature creation and design of polygonal shapes such as ponds, pads, pits etc.

Survey Data Management

Import and management of a variety of survey and file formats, including: total station, LiDAR, ASCII, DWG, DGN, USGS DEM, LandXMl and image formats (TIFF, BMP, JPG). Total station data can be included with automatic control of linear features, breaklines and symbology.

Earthwork Volume Calculations & Reporting

Calculate stockpile volumes using average end-area method. Easily calculate volumes between entire surfaces. Set a boundary feature and determine the polygon's surface properties (surface area, volume, average slope and aspect).

Works with Drone Data and LiDAR

Create 3D models, contour maps, and site designs from large LiDAR and drone-collected data sets. Model surfaces of up to 10 million points. Have complete control over your data thinning - with tools to selectively thin to polygons, corridors and rectangles.

Profiles and Draped Features

Display and edit features in profile (or cross-section). Drape features on to a surface. Full control over feature properties and modelling atrributes.

Digital Terrain Modelling & Contour Maps

A complete set of functions for creating a 3D Digital Terrain Model (DTM), including break lines and boundary areas. Contours can be generated at user specified intervals with full control of color, line types and labels. Contours can be updated at any time.

GPS Integration

See where you are in Plan, Profile, and 3D windows. Great for preliminary planning and design, or during construction. See where you are and make changes on the fly.

Deflection & Cable Logging Analysis

Analyze payload, clearance, and line tensions. Evaluate different types of equipment and logging configurations. Plot various carriage positions for a given midspan deflection (third point method).
