Parameters

POST_OFFSET	Post (inside) offset from centerline.
POST_HEIGHT	Post height above base.
POST_THICKNESS	Post thickness.
POST_LENGTH	Post length (total).
BASE_WIDTH	Width of base.
BASE_OFFSET	Offset from inside of the base (nearest to centerline) to inside of the post.
RAIL_THICKNESS	Rail horizontal dimension.
RAIL_DEPTH	Rail vertical dimension.
RAIL_OFFSET	Vertical offset from top of post to rail.
