Parameters

CL_OFFSET	Offset from centerline to inside edge of the barrier.
TOTAL_HEIGHT	Height of the barrier in project units (meters or feet).
BASE_WIDTH	Base width.
BASE_HEIGHT	Height of the base.
MID_HEIGHT	Height of the middle section.
MID_SLOPE	Slope of the middle section.
RAIL_THICKNESS	Rail horizontal dimension.
RAIL_DEPTH	Rail vertical dimension.
RAIL_OFFSET	Vertical offset from top of post to rail.
