POST_THICKNESS	Post thickness.
POST_HEIGHT	Post height above shoulder.
POST_DEPTH	Post depth, below shoulder.
POST_OFFSET	Post (inside) offset from centerline.
RAIL_THICKNESS	Rail horizontal dimension.
RAIL_DEPTH	Rail vertical dimension.
RAIL_OFFSET	Vertical offset from top of post to rail.
