Parameters

WallThick	Width of a wall (as seen in the cross section).
Wall\|Height	Height of a wall.
WallBackSlope	Slope of the base of the backfill material.
WallTopSlope	Slope of the top of the back fill.
WallFactor	The horizontal offset from the wall to the backslope is controlled by the WallFactor. offset = WallHeight * WallFactor
