Parameters

CurbHeight Curb height at back (curb top adjusts to fit this height).
CurbWidth Curb width (curb top adjusts to fit this width).
CurbInsideHeight Height of inside of curb.
CurbGutterWidth Gutter width (must be less than CurbWidth).
CurbGutterSlope Gutter Slope (super elevation or crown is added to this value).
