Ditch Widening to ROW

Description
This component widens a ditch to the right of way offset.

Parameters


ROWOffset	Horizontal offset from attachment point (typically edge of shoulder) to ROW.
DitchDepth	Depth of ditch measured from attachment point (typically edge of shoulder).
DitchMinBotWidth	Minimum width of the bottom of the ditch (horizontal distance).
DitchSlp	Ditch slope from shoulder to bottom of ditch.
SlopeToROW	Slope from outside of the ditch to right of way offset.
SlopeBeyondROW	Slope beyond right of way limit.
