Images can be cropped using the mouse or by entering coordinates. For Mr. SID, ECW, JPEG200 images, cropping will reduce the size of the loaded image reducing the memory requirements. | |

Large images can be read at low resolution, cropped to the area of interest, and then re-loaded at a higher resolution. | |
