In the Plan and Profile windows Ctrl+N or Ctrl+B will move the mouse cursor to the next/previous surveyed station (whether or not you have a design point captured). Both Plan and Profile will scroll to make this point visible. Press Ctrl and hold down N or B keys to quickly scroll Plan and Profile windows at the same time.

Use the arrow buttons in the toolbar to move the current cross section to the next/previous design point. All windows will be updated and scrolled to show the new point. Shift+Ctrl+N or Shift+Ctrl+B are speed keys for the arrow buttons.

Ctrl+J prompts you for a station and optionally places a new report point there. It then scrolls all windows so that the new point is visible.

Shift+Arrow (on the key board) will scroll the current window. This (and above techniques) works so well that you may want to turn off the Plan and Profile scroll bars (View|Plan/Profile Options) to give yourself more room for working.

Don't forget to look in the menus and status text for speed keys if you forget those above.
