File - Insert File

This option allows the user to select one or more files for import, and the file type. 

To change the Files of Type list:

Push the "+" button next to the "Files of Type" combo box to popup the Import Setup Dialog.  This will show a complete list of file formats available, and allow you to add and remove file formats.
