This option is accessed from the Cable Analysis - Assign Setup menu.
This option allows you to assign a Logging Setup to a profile (traverse). Before using this option you should have selected a current feature to define topography.
1) Select the required setup from the list box.
NOTE: To select a setup either double click on the appropriate entry in the list box or press the SELECT button. The currently selected setup will be displayed below the list box.
NOTE: Create reasonable logging setups before attempting to use Cable Analysis for production. The setups that come with the software are for example only. The available setups can be created, deleted or modified (see Creating a Logging Setup).
2) Change the tower position (station) and depth of cut or fill at the landing. Station distances are measured from the beginning of the traverse and are in project units. Cut/fill depths are also in project units. Enter a fill depth as negative.
3) Change the position (station) and height of the skyline tail spar. If you select a logging setup which does not have a skyline, such as Highlead, this option will be disabled.
4) Change the position (station) and height of the haulback block. If you select a logging setup which does not have a haulback this option will be disabled.
