Creating a Logging Setup

A Logging Setup represents your yarder, cables and carriage. You choose a Logging Setup with the D-Line Assign Setup Dialog.

A Logging Setup is a combination of Equipment and Logging Configuration. You can create several pieces of equipment defined by tower height and cable strengths. For each of these pieces of equipment you can create one or more Logging Setups by defining different cable configurations and carriage types.

To create a Logging Setup:

1) From menu Cable Analysis - Equipment, create the equipment item you require.

2) From menu Cable Analysis - Setup - Add, create a new logging setup by combining the equipment with a Logging Configuration.
