This option is accessed from the Cable Analysis - Setup menu.
This option allows you to add, modify or delete logging setups. The list of setups is stored with the Terrain file. By selecting the Save As Default check box the setups will be saved as system defaults available for use on other projects (this will NOT change the setups stored with existing Terrain files).
Adding a new setup allows you to choose a sensible setup description and then combine existing Equipment (yarder) with a Logging Configuration.
1) To add a new setup, type a new number and description in the edit box, then press the Add button. The Logging Setup Options Dialog box will appear.
2) Choose the required equipment from the combo box. (Make sure you have created the yarder you need before you create a new setup, Cable Analysis - Equipment ). The initial values in a new logging setup are derived from the specified Equipment.
3) Choose the required logging configuration from the combo box.
1) To modify a setup, select the setup in the list box, then press the Edit button or double click on the list box entry. The Logging Setup Options Dialog will appear.
To delete a setup, select the setup in the list box, then press the Delete button. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion of the setup.
